What types of equipment does ROSS manufacture?

We design and fabricate specialized equipment for solid/solid dry blending, as well as liquid/liquid and liquid/solid applications with viscosities up to millions of centipoise. Double Planetary Mixers, Planetary Dispersers, Ribbon Blenders, Tumble Blenders, Vertical Blenders, High Shear and Ultra-High Shear Mixers, High Speed Dispersers and Static Mixers are among those available.

Where are ROSS Mixers manufactured?

We own five domestic manufacturing plants located in Hauppauge, NY, Deer Park, NY, Savannah, GA (2) and Port St. Lucie, FL. We also own manufacturing facilities in China and India.

Do you manufacture controls for your mixers?

Yes, ROSS Systems and Controls (www.rosssyscon.com) located in Savannah, GA specializes in control systems. We can supply simple stand-alone panels or automated PLC controlled systems. We normally install and test all controls on our mixers before they are shipped.

How do I choose the right mixer?

We have a team of experts and engineers on hand to answer your questions and assist in selecting the best solution for your particular application. Our cutting edge 8,000-sq.ft. Test & Development Center is fully equipped, allowing us to perform process-line simulations and help you identify the best equipment before making a purchase. The proof-of-concept demonstrations at our test facility also enable us to help guide you in perfecting your mixing technique, ensuring that our equipment delivers the best possible results in your plant.

Does ROSS have a rental program?

We do! We have a large inventory of laboratory and production scale mixers and blenders available for rent.

How long will it take to receive my mixer?

That depends on several factors. We do have a large inventory of mixers on hand that can ship within 2-10 weeks. You can visit www.rebuiltmixers.com for more information on available equipment. Custom builds can take longer depending on the scope of the project.

What do I do if I need a spare part or service?

We keep a large stock of spare parts at all of our plant locations. The majority of parts are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. If field service is required, a trained serviceman is dispatched from the factory where the equipment was manufactured. All service work is done by direct company employees.
