Preventative Maintenance and Field Services

To schedule a field service visit by a ROSS technician, please call the number above to arrange travel with the plant of manufacture. All ROSS service visits are performed by technicians from the original ROSS plant of manufacture.

Each ROSS product is provided with a complete installation, operation & maintenance manual. If you lost your copy, a new manual specific to your machine can purchased. All manuals include secondary vendor literature.

Equipment Restoration

An increasingly popular program, ROSS offers restoration for equipment as old as 60 years of age. Whether for simple repair or complete refurbishment, our plants can evaluate your ROSS Mixer on site. For those looking to restore old or damaged equipment, the standard procedure is as follows:

  • Request evaluation quote.
  • Place order.
  • Ship machine freight prepaid to the ROSS plant of manufacture.
  • Receive repair quotation.
  • Place repair order.

Complete refurbishments come with the benefit of a ROSS warranty-machine is regarded as new and covered by the standard warranty for one year from date of shipment. Other options for restoration include less extensive repairs or control upgrades. Please use the form above for all inquiries.
